Local businesses will reach their audiences with still or motion ads distributed by our proprietary broadcast system, across our network of screens.

Meet Our Founder and CEO

Hi, I'm Will Huffhine!

When people ask me what I do, I often respond by saying that I am a "Local Business Activist." Since my earliest days of childhood I knew I was supposed to be an entrepreneur. After 30 grueling years in the corporate world, I finally retired young and began doing what I was born to do, build businesses and teach others to set themselves free, do the same, and flourish as local business owners.

In 2023 I founded Quantum Franchise Group, an award-winning franchise brokerage and consulting firm headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with 14 other offices around the country. We help aspiring entrepreneurs make the dream of business ownership a reality through our network of over 500 franchises across 37 different industries.

In 2025 I invested in a franchise and launched Quantum Local Media serving Oakland County, MI.

My team and I now help people start businesses, and through Quantum Local Media, we help local business owners thrive by reaching new audiences with powerful Digital Out Of Home advertising channels.
